Background背景

Neat is a Hong Kong-based fintech challenging traditional banking — offering remote account opening, payments, and transfers for individuals, startups, and SMEs. FinTech products are inherently abstract, and Neat needed compelling visual content to help prospective users quickly understand what they do and why it matters.

In 2019, Neat launched a refreshed brand identity and needed a way to introduce their market positioning and services to entrepreneurs — quickly and memorably. We created a brand animation to do exactly that. Two years later, Neat came back with a second brief: a tutorial series to help new users get up to speed with the app, step by step.

2019年,Neat 推出全新品牌形象,希望以簡潔而令人印象深刻的方式,向企業家介紹品牌定位及服務。我們為此製作了品牌動畫。兩年後,Neat 再次找上我們,委託製作教學動畫系列,為新用戶提供逐步指引。

"Introducing Neat — the New Way Entrepreneurs Do Business Around the World" Brand Animation 「認識 Neat — 創業者在全球運營的新時代」品牌動畫

We made a 90-second animation to launch Neat's refreshed brand in 2019 — introducing their market positioning and innovative financial services to entrepreneurs at a glance. To make abstract fintech concepts tangible, we used clean, playful illustrations paired with smooth animation, carefully matched sound effects, and Neat's soft, bright colour palette. The result is approachable and professional, without a word of financial jargon.

配合 Neat 2019年全新品牌形象的推出,我們製作了一分半鐘的品牌動畫,讓企業家能迅速認識 Neat 的市場定位及嶄新金融服務。為了令抽象的金融科技概念變得直觀,我們以線條簡單且趣味性強的插圖為主軸,配以流暢的動態效果、相應聲效,以及 Neat 全新的柔和明亮色板,呈現一個親切而不失專業的品牌形象。

This animation has been posted on Neat's Facebook page and YouTube channel, with more than 318K views. 這動畫在 Neat 的 Facebook 和 YouTube 頻道上發布後,累積超過 31.8 萬次觀看。

Beyond the animation, we supported Neat with a series of promotional photos — now featured across their website and social media. This includes team portraits for the Company page and individual photography for customer stories on the Neat blog.

A Set of Sixteen "Neat Tips" Tutorial Animations 「Neat Tips」動畫系列 — 共十六集

In 2021, Neat commissioned a full set of 16 Neat Tips tutorial animations as a beginner's guide for new users. Each short episode combines illustrations, motion graphics, UI walkthroughs, and voice-overs to walk users through a specific feature — clearly and at their own pace.

2021年,Neat 委託我們製作全套 16 集《Neat Tips》教學動畫,作為新用戶的入門指南。每集短片結合插圖、動態圖形、用戶介面示範及旁白配音,以清晰易懂的方式,引導用戶逐步認識各項功能。

Results成果

The brand animation accumulated over 318,000 views across Neat's Facebook page and YouTube channel. The promotional photography was integrated into Neat's official website and social media platforms.
