Background背景
Teach For Hong Kong is a growing movement of young leaders driving systemic change in education through cross-sector collaboration. Through their one-year Fellowship Programme, they recruit and empower the most promising and passionate young leaders to serve as full-time teachers in under-resourced schools.
Teach For Hong Kong 是一個致力推動教育系統性改革的青年領袖運動，透過跨界別合作培育下一代領袖。他們每年透過為期一年的「項目老師計劃」，招募充滿熱誠的年輕人到基層學校擔任全職教師，以行動回饋社會。

Fellowship Programme 2019–20 Recruitment Campaign 項目老師招募計劃 2019–20
The "Lead the Change" campaign was created for the recruitment phase of Teach For Hong Kong's 2019–20 Fellowship Programme — encouraging university students to step forward and bring meaningful change to Hong Kong's education system.
「Lead the Change」宣傳活動配合良師香港 2019–20 項目老師招募計劃而設計，鼓勵大學生成為帶領社會改變的項目老師，讓香港教育走得更前。

Education in a Sentence 一句話表達教育的意義
We invited past participants to share what being a teacher meant to them — each in one sentence — hoping to attract students with similar beliefs. For each statement, we designed a poster pairing a styled portrait shoot with Teach For Hong Kong's signature dot motif, vibrant colours, and graphic elements that captured each teacher's individual growth and experience.
是次招募活動，我們邀請了曾經參與的項目老師用一句話表達教育對他們的意義，藉此吸引有相同理念的大學生加入計劃，一起締造平等教育。就每句話語，我們特意為每位安排造型硬照拍攝，加上良師香港標誌的圓點、充滿活力的顏色及平面設計，製作成不同海報，展現老師們在計劃中的經歷和得著。

The Solution設計成品
Omnichannel Promotion 多渠道宣傳
Using the posters as the primary visual, we extended the campaign across online and offline channels — social media posts, page designs, pull-up banners, folders, and stickers. The Teach For Hong Kong team deployed these materials both online and at campus booths across Hong Kong. Deliverables include: campaign poster series, social media banners and posts, pull-up banners, A4 folders, stickers.
我們以海報作為主視覺，製作了各式各樣的設計，並透過不同線上和線下渠道宣傳項目計劃，包括社交媒體帖子、頁面設計、易拉架及紀念品等，方便良師香港職員在網絡上及各大院校擺位宣傳。交付成果包括：宣傳海報系列、社交媒體橫額及帖子、易拉架、A4 文件夾、貼紙。

Based on each Fellow's personal style and words, we created a series of harmonious-yet-distinct posters and applied them across various promotional materials, showcasing their experiences and growth within the programme. 根據每位項目老師的風格和話語，我們制作了一系列和而不同的海報，並應用在不同的宣傳品上，展視他們在計劃中的經歷和得著。

The front of the A4 colour-printed plastic folder features Teach For Hong Kong's mission; the back displays the campaign name. Folders and stickers are distributed at recruitment booths. A4 彩印膠文件夾的正面為良師香港的理念，背面則為是次宣傳活動的名稱。文件夾和貼紙等紀念品會在招募活動中派發。
